The whole experience was great from start to finish, recommend. We truly enjoyed staying here, the place met expectations. The hotel was right in the heart of Seville. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Los Coloniales.
The staff was not very helpful.

Perfect and fairly clean venue, good for celebrating birthday. Perfect location, next door to Plaza de Armas. Found in a relaxing part of the town.

The rooms are gorgeous and fantastic with patio, so that guests have essentials. The hotel provides a very very good breakfast with rolls and pastries, as for instance. The staff is courteous and welcoming.

The room was huge and spotless with smoke detectors for safety measures. Had tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware at our disposal. The staff were incredibly kind! The location was great, close to an art museum.
The staff we met were not so helpful.

My wife and I appreciated being there. My room was gorgeous and absolutely fantastic and provided with patio and stunning views. It had a nice interior. The location was very central, just next door to the cathedral, the Alcazar and tapas bars and restaurants, all the main tourist attractions and many bars and restaurants and the Cathedral & Alcazar.

The place was clean with a nice design and really kind and very-very nice staff. My premium double room with balcony and jacuzzi was fairly quiet and absolutely fantastic. There were tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware.

Absolutely perfect! Location was ideal (both proximity to the center of town and tapas!), cleanliness/decor was a perfect blend of modern and traditional, and the friendliness of the staff was truly unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone.
